Cancellation & Refund Policy
We want every shopping experience at BalakPlus to be smooth and worry-free. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how we handle cancellations and refunds:
Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.

You can cancel by emailing support@balakplus.in or calling our support team.
Return Eligibility
You can request a return if:

You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.

The item is unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
Refund Process

Once the return is approved and product is received, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or via UPI/bank transfer.
Non-returnable Items

Used or worn shoes, or items returned without packaging

Items damaged due to customer misuse

Clearance or final sale products (if mentioned)
