Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want every shopping experience at BalakPlus to be smooth and worry-free. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how we handle cancellations and refunds:

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.

• You can cancel by emailing support@balakplus.in or calling our support team.

Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

• You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.

• The item is unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Process

• Once the return is approved and product is received, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method or via UPI/bank transfer.

Non-returnable Items

• Used or worn shoes, or items returned without packaging

• Items damaged due to customer misuse

• Clearance or final sale products (if mentioned)
